The National Courts Administration on social media

Follow the National Courts Administration on social media:

We use social media as a channel for discussion and disseminating information. We share news and other interesting topics on the social media channels.

Media and Communications of the National Courts Administration is responsible for maintaining the accounts. We follow the discussion and answer some of the questions as soon as possible during office hours. We do not comment on individual cases or give legal advice.

Because the social media channels are intended for discussing matters in our field of activities, prohibited topics include:

  • Verbal abuse towards other people in the discussion, swearing, racism
  • Inciting others to commit a crime
  • Hate messages against individuals, organisations, countries or peoples
  • Advertising and marketing products and services
  • Religious and political statements

In addition to these, writing that may meet the statutory definition of defamation or dissemination of information violating personal privacy as stated in the Criminal Code are also prohibited.

Inappropriate messages can be deleted, and a user that violates the rules repeatedly may be banned from the channel. The writer will not be notified about the ban and the removal of the message.

We are not responsible for the content of the personnel’s personal communication channels or their maintenance.

A private matter cannot be instituted via social media. If you want to bring your case to the National Courts Administration for consideration, contact the Administration via email at: [email protected]
