Processing of personal data in the services of the National Courts Administration
The National Courts Administration processes personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation or, in certain situations, to perform a task carried out in the public interest or based on your consent.
The National Courts Administration’s Data Protection Officer serves as your contact person when the National Courts Administration processes your personal data. You can contact the Data Protection Officer in all matters related to the processing of your personal data or the exercise of rights based on the General Data Protection Regulation.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of your personal data, and restriction of their processing.
