The National Courts Administration develops the activities and services of the judiciary to meet the needs of people and society.

• ​We develop modern and time-saving tools and operating methods to support the work of the entire judiciary staff.
• We develop and produce up-to-date support services and e-service channels for courts to respond to the diverse needs of citizens.
• We develop user-oriented e-services that are easily accessible.
• Through communications and stakeholder work, we make the functioning and independence of the judiciary visible in society.
  

The National Courts Administration ensures that the staff of the judiciary are competent, committed and well-being.

• ​We evaluate and develop our own work, working methods and competence.
• We will strengthen timely knowledge-based management in the maintenance and development of competence and in the appropriate allocation of resources.
• Our internal communication is effective and efficient.•We train and support supervisors in professional leadership and recognize the importance of leadership work.
• The information systems, tools, operating methods and processes we use support high-quality work and on-the-job learning.

• We ensure the sufficiency of the financial and human resources of the judiciary and make the resource needs of the judiciary visible in decision-making.
• We monitor the development of the operating environment and actively participate in national law drafting and international cooperation.
• We promote necessary changes to premises, information systems and other tools.
• We support the ability of the courts to act in the event of disruptions.
