We will develop the functioning of courts and the competence of staff in many ways – by training, organising premises and ICT solutions, providing centralised administrative services and allocating resources equally.

We will develop the competence, operating models and working methods of the judiciary. We will ensure the sharing of best practices, understanding needs and opportunities, increasing skills and developing digital services.

We will ensure that the resources of the judiciary are proportionate to the workload. We provide functional and secure facilities as well as modern, work-facilitating tools and ICT systems.
