Strategy of the National Courts Administration 2021-2025
The role of the National Courts Administration is to help the courts to act in a high quality and effective manner.
We will develop the functioning of courts and the competence of staff in many ways – by training, organising premises and ICT solutions, providing centralised administrative services and allocating resources equally.
This will help to secure the functioning and status of the courts in society. The independence of the courts is the basis for our work.

We will develop the competence, operating models and working methods of the judiciary. We will ensure the sharing of best practices, understanding needs and opportunities, increasing skills and developing digital services.
Ensuring adequate and high-quality resources
We will ensure that the resources of the judiciary are proportionate to the workload. We provide functional and secure facilities as well as modern, work-facilitating tools and ICT systems.
Effective communications
We will raise awareness of the activities of the National Courts Administration and the courts and develop a positive image of employers. We participate in social debate and produce reliable information.

We are active and effective internationally, nationally and within the judiciary.

We provide timely expertise to support administrative decision-making. We provide high-quality support services to the courts. We develop administrative practices and smooth processes in the digital environment.
